1.      In connection with the conduct of the Revalida on the Performance of Siayan District School Heads for School Year 2015-2016 on August 18-19, 2016 which is likewise the dates for the Is' Quarter Examinations in reference with DepEd Order No. 23, s. 2016 School Calendar for School Year    2016-2017,    this Office hereby agreed to reschedule the conduct of the    1st    Quarter Examinations    on    August 22-23, 2016 for the aforementioned district following the    urgency    to fast track and/or finish this endeavor the soonest possible time.

2.      All teachers of Siayan District are further advised to go on conducting regular classes and/or teaching learning competencies that are supposed to be delivered on the new schedule on August 18-19, 2016.
