issues and concern upon downloading the token

NO RECORD FOUND. iya remarks..Paunsa ma solve po..?
This are the possible fixes sir..
1. Update your pts ensuring no errors and TIN do not have -.
2. In the PTS ID textbox of SilVerTek Authenticator window, remove 0s before the PID.
3. Retry to activate and download Usertoken.
Pls provide screenshot. 

Possible solutions
* Update your data in the PTS , TIN must not be hyphenated.

sir pls help.. still no record found during activation of my account on silvertek. I followed all the instruction. thanks what shall I do po?
