What's New?
1. Minor Updates on TCR template. Adjustment on the cell reference of competencies not mastered.
2. Major updates on UserToken Management.
a. Old tokens are not recognized anymore.
b. Usertoken is non-transferrable to other computers.
c. All teachers from Zamboanga del Norte division are required to generate a new user token for free using their PTS account.
Each PTS account can generate tokens for up to 3 devices, including any previous devices that the teacher may have used.
d. Each teacher is only allowed to have one free active user token. In cases where a teacher needs to change computers,
the previously activated user token must be deactivated first.
e. AccountrRecovery details setting has been added.
3. Subscription and referral system has been added.
a. Teachers teaching outside from Zamboanga del Norte may now use and avail the system through a subscription with the following package:
FexiPlan(Monthly), TriplePlay(Quarterly), and AnnualAce(Annually).
b. Teachers can also apply to become system agents and, upon approval, will receive a unique referral code.
This code can be used to generate a token in conjunction with a subscription code.
For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a percentage-based commission,
the amount of which depends on the number of users they have referred.
4. Minor updates on Quiz Maker:
a. Adding of question parts from json file is now supported. Merging of questionnaires is
now posible.
b. Settings for questionnaire navigation is added. Teacher can now select whether to display all questions at once,
one part at a time, or one question at a time.
c. Cut, Copy, and Paste functions is added for the management of created questions.
d. Undo and redo functions is added.
e. Added Hotkeys for Cut(ctrl+x), Copy(ctrl+c, Paste(ctrl+v), Undo(ctrl+z), Redo(ctrl+y), Open(ctrl+o), New(ctrl+n), and
Save(ctrl+s)
f. Fixed on Intro Slide Exam Title display not updating on Open new quiz.
g. Fixed on blank subject field display on quiz settings basic information.
5. Minor update on downloading algorithm on MAPEH E-Class records.
6. Minor updates on Question Bank module. Fix on undefined questionnaire's information.
7. Major updates on port management. The system is now using a dynamic port which means backend error and no machine id can now be prevented.
8. Disclaimer and End-User License Agreement is now added. Users are now reminded on their responsibilities and liabilities in using the system.
9. Minor updates on School Profile Management. The system will automatically detect if the user has not set the school information
and prompt them to the school profile page.
10. Major updates on examinations servers. Examination server is now centralized. This minimized errors on examination link.
11. Minor stabilization updates on recording paper-based examinations.
12. Minor update on downloading Class report card/SF9 algorithm.
13. Major Updates on Lesson Plan and IPAD module. Transfer of storage from google drive to deped ZN division FTP server.
14. Minor updates on Backup and Restore module:
a. Added users selection on the components to be included in the backup. This features greatly decrease backup proccessing time.
b. Inclusion of Silent system backup every 7 days which move the backup file outside of the system working directory. This prevent data losses even in system reinstallation.
15. Minor Updates on class performances. Fix on error on browsing performances in the instance if new student is added.
