Problem: SilVerTek LMS has No Machine ID
Event: Account Setup
Cause: Another Application/Service is using Port 9001 (Intel® Graphics Command Center)
Solution: Stop that Application/Service and Disable it in the Startup
Steps
1. Close SilVerTek LMS application
2. Press Window+R
3. Type services.msc in the textbox of run dialog box
4. Look for "Inter® Graphics Command Center" from the services window
5. Right click on "Inter® Graphics Command Center" and select Stop from the dropdown menu
6. Right again click on "Inter® Graphics Command Center" and select Properties
7. In the Startup Type parameter of the Properties window, select Disabled and click on Apply button
8. Click on Ok button and Close the Services Window
9. Run the SilVerTek Learning Management System and check whether the problem has been fixed or resolved
