The 2025 Zamboanga del Norte Athletic Association (ZNAA) Meet stands as a testament to unity, passion, and collective commitment. This year’s event was more than a showcase of athletic talent—it was a celebration of collaboration among leaders, educators, students, partners, and communities who worked tirelessly to make the meet a resounding success. At the helm of this achievement is the Department of Education, Schools Division of Zamboanga del Norte, led by our Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Majarani M. Jacinto, CESO V. Her strong leadership and guidance laid the foundation for a well-prepared and impactful athletic event. Supporting her were Assistant Schools Division Superintendents Jerry C. Bokingkito, CESO VI, and Zyhrine P. Mayormita, whose commitment ensured that all activities aligned with DepEd standards of quality and excellence. We extend our deepest gratitude to SGOD Chief Ervie A. Acaylar, OIC–CID Chief Dr. Grace T. de la Cruz, and Division Sports Officer Dr. Mary Antoniette E. Wahing, whose expertise and hands-on involvement steered the technical and administrative aspects of the meet. Their guidance ensured that every competition was organized, safe, and meaningful for all participants. We likewise extend profound gratitude to the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte, headed by Provincial Governor Hon. Darel Dexter T. Uy, for the invaluable support and for granting access to provincial sports facilities. Their contribution elevated the quality of the tournament venues and strengthened the overall execution of the event. To our host municipality of Piñan, under the leadership of Mayor Hon. Rommel Gudmalin, thank you for your steadfast support, hospitality, and logistical assistance that helped create a welcoming and secure environment for all competing delegations. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the District of Piñan, led by Dr. Glenda B. Gudmalin, for the warm welcome and outstanding coordination. The district’s hospitality and efficient management created an environment where activities flowed seamlessly and participants felt truly at home. We express our thanks as well to Polanco I District headed by Dr. Josephine Crisostomo, whose generosity in accommodating the different cluster delegations contributed greatly to athlete comfort and readiness. The success of the 2025 ZNAA Meet was further made possible through the support of our dedicated partners and stakeholders. We sincerely acknowledge Manuel Resort, Zorayda Lending Corp., REAL Credit Corporation, GA Alano & Sons Credit Corporation, and Katipunan Bank for their generosity and unwavering belief in the value of youth development and sports excellence. A significant layer of success came from the work of the organizers and the event management team under the leadership of Leonido A. Pampilo Jr. Their meticulous planning and dedicated execution ensured the smooth flow of events, while our Cluster Heads, their members, and all delegates exemplified teamwork and discipline throughout the meet. We also commend the outstanding efforts of all Tournament Directors, Technical Officials, Division Screening and Accreditation Committee (DSAC) , the Secretariat, Writers and Media Personnel, and every member of the workforce who devoted long hours—often behind the scenes—to uphold fairness, transparency, and professionalism throughout the event. Above all, the spirit that defined the 2025 ZNAA Meet came from the camaraderie, friendship, and sportsmanship displayed by everyone involved. These values illuminated every competition, turning the week-long gathering into a memorable celebration of unity and athletic passion. To every individual, team, and institution who contributed to the success of the 2025 ZNAA Meet: thank you for your dedication, heart, and unwavering support. Your efforts have built a legacy that will continue to inspire the youth of Zamboanga del Norte for years to come.
