ZNAA 2025 EMT Conducts Its First Operational Period Briefing

The Zamboanga del Norte Athletic Association (ZNAA) 2025 Qualifying Meet Event Management Team (EMT) successfully conducted its first Operational Period Briefing (OPB) on November 21, 2025, at the Incident Command Post located in Piñan Central School. The briefing set the operational tone for the upcoming provincial athletic event, ensuring that all functional areas are aligned and prepared for coordinated action. Leading the EMT is Incident Commander Leonido Pampilo Jr., who emphasized that the OPB serves as a critical tool for readiness, unity of direction, and safety.
